Vegan Dinner Recipes: Crispy Sesame Garlic Tofu

Tofu & Marinade

Sesame Garlic Sauce

¼ cup gluten-free tamari soy sauce2 tablespoons maple syrup2 tablespoons well-stirred tahini (or peanut butter/almond butter)2 teaspoons recent lime juice1 ½ teaspoons toasted sesame oil1 clove garlic, finely grated with a Microplane2 tablespoons sesame seeds, plus further for garnish

Serve the tofu sizzling with cooked rice/noodles, sautéed/steamed greens, or greens. Drizzle sesame garlic sauce on high to complete.
