Healthy Lunch On the Go: Yummy Chicken Salad

Need a fast and straightforward lunch on the go? Try this yummy hen salad—excellent for meal prep or to take pleasure in as a wholesome and filling snack!
Chicken Salad on the go



2 cups cooked hen (shredded or cubed)
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped candy onion
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp slivered almonds
2 tbsp crushed pecans
1 small can mandarin oranges drained (8.25 ounces)
1/2 of a purple pepper (diced)
1/4 cup mayo of alternative
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp dried dill


Toss collectively hen, celery, onion, dried cranberries, almonds, pecans, mandarin oranges, and purple pepper till mixed.
In a separate bowl combine collectively mayo, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard powder, and dried dill till mixed.
Add mayo and yogurt combination into the hen combination and mix.
Enjoy by itself or eat with bread, crackers, or lettuce wraps!
